이용약관
1. 목적
이 약관은 Dotori Button(이하 "개발자")이 제공하는 모바일 게임 "와장창 너구리 철거단"(이하 "게임")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 게임을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 이용 허락
개발자는 이용자에게 게임을 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 이용할 수 있는 권한을 무료로 허락합니다. 게임의 저작권과 그 밖의 권리는 개발자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
3. 게임 데이터
게임 진행 상황은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 게임 삭제, 앱 데이터 삭제, 기기 변경·초기화 등으로 데이터가 사라지면 개발자가 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.
4. 게임 내 재화
다이아 등 게임 안에서 얻는 재화와 아이템은 게임 안에서만 쓸 수 있으며 현금 가치가 없습니다. 현금이나 다른 재화로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다.
5. 광고
게임은 이용자가 원할 때 시청하는 보상형 광고를 제공합니다. 광고는 Google AdMob이 제공하며, 광고 내용과 광고에 연결된 서비스에 대한 책임은 해당 광고주에게 있습니다. 광고와 관련한 정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. 금지 행위
- 게임을 변조하거나 허가되지 않은 프로그램으로 게임 결과나 광고 보상을 조작하는 행위
- 광고를 비정상적으로 반복 시청하거나 클릭하는 행위
- 게임을 복제·배포·판매하거나 역설계하는 행위
7. 서비스 변경 및 중단
개발자는 게임의 내용을 업데이트하거나 바꿀 수 있으며, 운영상 필요한 경우 게임 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이나 중단은 게임 또는 스토어 페이지를 통해 미리 알립니다.
8. 책임의 제한
게임은 무료로 제공됩니다. 개발자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 게임 이용과 관련해 발생한 손해에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
9. 약관의 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 게임을 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms govern your use of the mobile game "Raccoon Demolition Crew" (the "Game") provided by Dotori Button ("we"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to these terms.
2. License
We grant you a free, personal, non-commercial license to use the Game. All copyrights and other rights in the Game belong to us or their rightful owners.
3. Game data
Your game progress is stored only on your device. We cannot recover data lost by uninstalling the Game, clearing its app data, or changing or resetting your device.
4. In-game currency
Diamonds and other currency or items earned in the Game can only be used in the Game and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or other currency, or transferred to others.
5. Ads
The Game offers optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, and advertisers are responsible for their ads and any services they link to. Information related to ads is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Modifying the Game or using unauthorized programs to manipulate game results or ad rewards
- Repeatedly watching or clicking ads in an abnormal way
- Copying, distributing, selling, or reverse engineering the Game
7. Changes to the service
We may update or change the Game and may discontinue it when necessary. We will give advance notice of major changes or discontinuation in the Game or on its store page.
8. Limitation of liability
The Game is provided free of charge. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Game to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post the updated terms and their effective date on this page. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
